Equipped with VR headsets, visitors experience a unique puppet collection where the exhibits can not only be viewed but also immersively experienced. The figures have been digitized and placed in five atmospherically distinct spaces—from a mysterious German forest to a vibrant Indonesian marketplace. Knowledge and play merge seamlessly. Fritz Wortelmann, who began collecting these puppets in 1948 and is the founder of Fidena, appears as a virtual character and guides visitors through the virtual museum.
